Primarily use psychotherapy model Internal Family Systems. The approach is an effective and evidence-based practice model to help build trust in oneself, lead with compassion and courage, while healing from our past to be made whole.
I became a therapist to help people feel seen, safe, and supported. I work with individuals and couples to navigate anxiety, trauma and relationship challenges using Internal Family Systems and attachment-based approaches. My hope is to offer a calm, compassionate space where healing and understanding can grow. I want to support your journey toward inner peace and connection.
